Automation Service Engineer Training Program prepares the new hire to fill the role of anIndustrial Service (Maintenance) Engineer. Position will require the Automation Service Engineer to be involved with installation and maintenance of new and old material handling and sortation equipment, emergency service calls, and overall general customer support for all Intelligrated and Legacy made equipment, including sortation, AS/RS shuttle systems, robotic application, palletizers, cranes, and multiple types of conveying equipment. Field Service Engineer will also gather data utilizing specific reports and Intelligrated procedures, and supply various forms and custom reports to the customer to assist in sales of parts and service contracts. As necessary, Field Service Engineer will assist with the field training of new employees and may receive in-houseassignments covering technical support, training, or documentation. The training program will last approximately 6 months with limited time home. Once in the field, the travel expectation is 80-90%. The training takes place in various locations, including Mason (OH), St. Louis (MO), and Frederick (MD). The training includes a classroom environment, online trainings, in-house hands on, and in the field under supervision. It is a paid training program and travel expenses are covered. This world-class training has a new class starting every 2-3 months and maximum number of students per class is 12. Serious learners only apply, please!
